Once they've tasted it, it's not long before they come back and order the larger 1/2 tub container. Maple Cream vs. Maple Butter - Maple cream is very similar to maple butter, only pure, and not blended. It has the same consistency as maple butter though, but with a bit more maple flavor. Maple cream is pure & natural, made from pure Vermont maple syrup. It may require a quick stir when it arrives though. If you open the container and there's a layer of syrup on top, simply put the tub into the microwave for not more than 4 seconds, then give it a stir!
