It's simple. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, simply send us an email explaining the situation and why you are not satisfied with your order and we'll promptly re-ship your order, refund your order, and sometimes even both!
Unless there is a snowstorm or other weather event, or you have instructed us to hold your order and ship to arrive on or before a particular date, we will ship your order with 24 hours. If for some other reason your order is delayed, we will contact you. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for FAST delivery. A tracking email will be sent to you as soon as your order is packaged and sent to our nearby Post Office.
Currently, aside from Canada, we are not accepting International orders and only ship to the United States.
