FAQs
How soon should I place my order?
Probably the single most frequently asked question is... If I'm ordering maple candy for an event, when should I place my order for it to still remain fresh? The answer is: Our candy is made on the moister side as apposed to the more granular side. If refrigerated the candy will last for weeks, if not longer, before starting to dry out. When maple candy dries out it is still edible, just simply turns white and loses its robust maple flavor.
What if I have allergies?
Though our maple candy is 100% pure and natural, it is made in a facility that also produces products that contain; peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and wheat. If you have mild allergies and are concerned, you can alert us with a special note during checkout, or by sending a follow email to your order, and we will do our best to ensure that there isn't any cross-contamination.
Are the maple candies individually wrapped?
No. Only the hard maple candy leafs are individually packaged. All soft sugar candies are either individually boxed or packaged in boxes with candy pads and papers for separation.
Can you ship maple candy during hot months?
Yes. Because we use USPS Priority Mail for FAST delivery we can ship maple candy during the summer. If the temperatures are excessively high, we'll hold your order until the heat cools, or we'll ship on Monday so your candy does not sit in a warehouse or delivery vehicle over the weekend.
